By accessing and using EduSaaS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be an authorized representative of a school or educational institution.
Account Approval
All new accounts require approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee activation.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), exclusive of taxes. See Pricing page.
Payment Terms
Monthly/annual billing in advance. Non-refundable except as stated in Refund Policy.
Price Changes
30 days notice before any price changes.
Full money-back guarantee for software portion.
WhatsApp add-on costs (50% per month) are deducted. See Refund Policy.
Your Data
You retain all rights to your data.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by EduSaaS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
EduSaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Cancel anytime via Settings or contacting support.
By Us
We may terminate for Terms violations or non-payment.
Data After Termination
Data retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
